Makeup Talk | Concealer

I've been getting a lot of questions about concealer from men and women in retail, on set and family so lets talk about under eye concealers for a minute.
This is easier than it seems. We’re going to talk about 2 different undertones; pink and yellow.
Pink undertone will work as a color corrector to conceal and hide any blue to purple dark circles under the eyes.
Yellow undertone will brighten so you can use this to highlight.
I suggest to be careful using the yellow undertone if you have really dark circles because it can sometimes emphasize them.
So think, pink to conceal and yellow to brighten.
Of course this may not work for all depending on your skin color and undertone.
What I personally do:
When my dark circles are out and about that day I’ll use a skin color pink undertone concealer to neutralize then I’ll go in with a lighter yellow undertone concealer on top to highlight.
When my dark circles are not as dark I’ll use a pink undertone concealer that is a little lighter than my foundation color to neutralize and highlight so it can conceal and highlight at once.
My favorite concealers and shades:
Maybelline FITme! concealer
Shades: 20 and 25
MAC Pro longwear concealer
